The challenge was to design a desktop app and 3rd party integrations(Salesforce,G Suite,Safari,Outlook, Amazon Alexa)that connect office and mobile devices with one number.It provides users with effective tool to initiate,receive,manage calls on the go(transfer, forward etc.),video conferencing,messaging,seeing all caller contextual info during the call,take notes and call logging.

User research involved conducting user and stakeholders interviews,affinity diagrams creation with interview findings and insignts, grouping defined features,defining patterns and synthesizing user personas.
